Chapter 1 · the serving

Three become one number.

The official Supliful template lists 275 mg magnesium from 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate per three-capsule serving. It is not 275 mg in each capsule.

The moving capsules are original editorial illustration, not photographic evidence of the shipped capsule color, shape, or package.

Chapter 2 · inside the label

Every layer has a name.

The active amount and the source compound are different numbers. The other ingredients make up the capsule and help manufacture the fill; they are not extra elemental magnesium.

Role disclosure: the official template identifies hypromellose as the capsule. For magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and rice flour, the usual processing roles below are functional context; Supliful has not documented the exact manufacturing purpose for this SKU.

Magnesium

What it is: an essential mineral. Functional role: NIH identifies magnesium as a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems and describes roles in protein synthesis, normal muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, blood-pressure regulation, energy production, and other normal physiology. Dose context: 275 mg per three capsules, declared at 65% Daily Value. These normal functions do not establish a treatment claim.

Magnesium glycinate

What it is: the source compound named on the panel. Serving context: 2,500 mg of magnesium glycinate supplies the declared 275 mg elemental magnesium. The 2,500 mg is not additional elemental magnesium and does not justify a guaranteed absorption, calm, or sleep outcome.

Hypromellose

What it is: the material identified in the template as the capsule. Role: it contains the powder blend. It is an Other Ingredient, not part of the 275 mg magnesium declaration.

Magnesium stearate

What it is: a listed Other Ingredient. Usual role: a lubricant or flow aid used in capsule manufacturing. The supplier has not stated its exact process role or amount for this SKU.

Silicon dioxide

What it is: a listed Other Ingredient. Usual role: an anti-caking or flow aid. The exact amount and purpose in this SKU are not published.

Rice flour

What it is: a listed Other Ingredient. Usual role: a carrier or fill material. The exact amount and function in this SKU are not published.

Chapter 3 · a real routine

Evening is a cue, not a claim.

The brand places this product in an evening ritual for consistency. That placement does not promise sleep, relaxation, anxiety relief, or a time-specific effect.

1

Check the full day's supplements and medications before adding another magnesium source.

2

Follow the official suggested use: three capsules once daily, or a healthcare professional's direction.

3

Use a pharmacist's timing plan when antibiotics, bisphosphonates, diuretics, or long-term acid-reducing medicines are involved.

Limits and safety

Know when to pause and ask.

Supplemental upper limit

NIH lists 350 mg/day as the adult upper limit for magnesium from supplements and medications. Food magnesium is not counted. The 275 mg serving leaves limited room for another supplemental source; the limit is not a personalized target.

Kidney function matters

Healthy kidneys normally remove excess magnesium. Risk of toxicity rises when kidney function is impaired. People with kidney disease or reduced kidney function should ask a clinician before use.

Medication separation

Magnesium can reduce absorption of some oral bisphosphonates and tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics. NIH gives specific separation windows; a pharmacist should translate them to the exact medicine.

Who should ask first

People who are pregnant or nursing, under 18, take prescription medication, have impaired kidney function, or manage a medical condition should ask a qualified clinician or pharmacist first.
